Hi, I’m Pato. I’ve helped entrepreneurs, athletes, stay at home parents and people from all walks of life achieve a better quality of life through breathwork, nutrition and fitness protocols.
Among others, I hold certifications from The Oxygen Advantage (Breathwork), Certified Functional Strength Coach, and CHEK Institute (Holistic Life Coaching).
I continuously study and experiment with breathing protocols and techniques, natural/functional movement disciplines, and meditation/contemplative practices among others.
